Sper că puştiul n-a păţit nimic. Când am coborât, ambulanţa nu venise. Motocicleta – un chopper – era ruptă. El era întins pe jos, îl susţineau câţiva trecători. Glumea cu ei şi nu se vedea sânge. Am plecat.
Cât despre 112, pe cuvântul meu dacă pot pricepe de ce e nevoie de atâtea proceduri şi liste de întrebări ca să trimită o ambulanţă…
Iar eu nu-mi mai iau motor.

Alk: UE are o problemă cu imposibilitatea 112 de a identifica locul apelului – ceea ce mă face să mă-ntreb cum o fi fost definit caietul de sarcini la licitaţie, că doar se ştia ce cere UE. Dar, în afară de asta, mi se pare şi că procedurile sunt enorm de greoaie. Am mai sunat o dată pentru o colegă, la redacţie, şi la fel, am stat mai mult de 10 minute cu ei la telefoane şi palavre… 112 ar trebui să fie apel de urgenţă, nu?

sunati nene la ambulantele private. 112 sux big time! si va recomand cu incredere ambulanta BGS. Ambulanta BGS chiar salveaza viteti! 9505 (nu fac reclama nu am nicio legatura cu ei) stiu de la o prietena care are prieteni bikeri.

si inca o chestie: cind suni la 112, cere direct unde ai nevoie, nu mai sta dupa fundul lor. zi-le ca vrei urgent la ambulanta.
in fine, nu stiu daca iti mai amintesti, da’ a fost un intreg scandal pe tema trainingurile la care sint supusi angajatii de la 112. cei de la ambulanta au facut cel mai mare caz, ca mor oamenii pina ajung ei din cauza setului de intrebari de la 112, care nu se mai termina.

De ce n-ai sunat direct la serviciul de ambulanta (la 961)?
Daca n-au suficiente salvari, au prioritate victimele cu sanse mai mari de supravietuire; cred ca d-asta au intrebat varsta.
În primul rând, Piticul are dreptate: puteai încerca un „bună ziua sunt Vlad Petreanu de la Antena”. Câteodată e mai bine să fii Vlad Petreanu decât un oarecare…someone.
Apoi, nici de la 112 nu mai obţii reacţiile aşteptate la cuvântul televiziune.
Deşi am folosit cuvântul magic, era să-mi pierd tatăl într-o ocazie similară. Trecuseră 45 de minute şi salvarea nu venise încă. Tata a intrat în stop cardio-respirator. Dacă nu ar fi fost de faţă cumnatul meu (care este medic) şi nu i-ar fi făcut manevre tip Spitalul de urgenţă…când ar fi venit Salvarea 112 să-l „salveze” nu ar mai fi avut pe cine.
Chestia spusă de Andreea cu prioritatea la viaţă e groaznică. Oare când or fi schimbat fraza. Nu era „Viaţa are prioritate”? Că dacă da, atunci nu poţi emite criterii de prioritate la viaţă, după algoritmul priorităţii de dreapta. Chestia asta încalcă dreptul la viaţă.
Ah..şi am uitat: forget about motors!!! Bagă-ţi minţile-n cap! În Bucureşti asta echivalează cu a-ţi cumpăra „şansa” de a muri zburând de pe-un motor.

Legat de activitatea 112, ar fi foarte bine sa le faci o reclamatie scrisa, ca poate alta data, in alt caz, victima moare cu zile.
De asemenea, convorbirile 112 sunt inregistrate si se poae verifica competenta sau incompetenta operatorului in acest caz.

in patru minute s’a găsit un echipaj în zonă. a fost suficient să dea un girofar şi o sirenă scurtă şi a apărut şofeul-barieră
şi mă mai întreb de o chestie: dacă procedurile interzic săltarea maşinilor parcate ilegal dar pentru summit s’a putut da o dispoziţie în acest sens în câteva minute, de ce nu se păstrează procedurile?

Celor care mă ceartă că n-am zis cine-s eu, mare şi tare… Acum cred că aşa trebuia să fac, fiindcă era viaţa unui om în cauză. De obicei, am oroare să invoc treaba cu „lucrez la tv”… Nu zic niciodată că-s eu, vedetoiul, dintr-un reflex vechi (cred că am folosit-o în interes personal doar de două ori până acum – şi mi-e cam ruşine, deşi nu era mare lucru). O conversatie asemanatoare au avut niste prieteni cu o doamna de la 112. Tocmai fusesera martorii unui accident pe autostrada „Soarelui” (A 1/2 cum ar veni), victima inca mai misca. Femeia de la 112 insista sa afle in ce judet e problema, chiar daca i s-a spus clar la ce kilometru al vestitei autostrazi e nefericitul incident. Pana la urma ambulanta a ajuns dupa o ora. Din fericire victima a scapat. De data asta.

in momentul in care ai spus „Unirii 69” deja ai gresit. Bulevardul Unirii sau Splaiul Unirii?
in al doilea rind la 112 suna si Nea Gogu ca e galagie la studentii de la etajul 3, si tanti Maricica ca se aud tipete la etajul 6 si maninca vecina bataie, si Ionel ca-l doare burta, si Vasilica pentru ca vede fum pe bloc si nu stie daca e incendiu sau sint izolatorii, plus glumele proaste fara numar. De aia cine nu se recomanda rapid pierde chiar el timp pretios, si in plus un accident poate cauza reactii aproape isterice, eu unul intr-un caz de asta am fost brici si in altul imi scapa telefonul pe jos, n-am fost capabil sa leg doua vorbe.
in al treilea rind pun pariu ca acolo unde cu adevarat se localizeaza accidentul nu are nimeni o harta online ultrarapida, nu oamenii sint de vina ci dotarea subreda (daca dai cautare la Unirii 69 iti ies 2 pozitii, una spre Alba Iulia, alta pe Splai dar pe malul sectorului 3 unde sint numerele fara sot, deci ambele in sectorul 3) iar detalii gen petrol exportimport mi se par irelevante, o pozitie gps transmisa corect e suficienta daca sistemul ar functiona.
in al patrulea rind localizarea pe sector sau pe judet este necesara deoarece asa sint organizate ambulantele, n-ai ce-i face. E problema cui raspunde la 112 sa aiba o harta online care sa spuna repede care kilometru de pe autostrada in ce judet este, operatoarea nu are nici o vina, e instruita sa afle judetul ca sa apeleze ambulanta de acolo, chestie de organizare care functioneaza in majoritatea cazurilor, caci salvarile nu vin doar la accidente rutiere, cele mai multe apeluri se primesc de la resedinte unde lumea STIE in ce sector sau judet se gaseste. Numai ginditi-va pe un drum sa zicem intre Bucuresti si Tirgoviste citi soferi pe timp de noapte pot spune in ce localitate sint sau intre ce localitati sint, sau la ce kilometru. Si aici apar descrierile geniale cu podul, valea, ripa, trei copaci si alte povesti. Problema este cum convingi operatorul ca VORBESTI SERIOS ca sa trimita acolo o salvare, pe cea mai apropiata si pe traseul optim?
Nene Cosmos, ce pot spune altceva decât PUII MEI! Păi e vina mea sau a victimei că ăia n-au hartă ca lumea? De ce plătesc taxe? Când m-a întrebat în ce sector e am crezut că înnebunesc nu pentru că eram eu şmecher, ci pentru că un trecător din altă parte a oraşului habar n-ar fi avut! Dacă nu ştiam, ce se întâmpla?
La fel ca şi cealaltă – spuneţi cum vă cheamă sau o daţi anonimă? Păi dacă mă pui să aleg, înseamnă că n-are valoare, nu facem decât să pierdem vremea! Mişcă-te mai repede şi mă întrebi dup-aia!
Iar discuţia dintre operatoare şi nu ştiu ce dispecerat de salvare/SMURD, din care eu nu auzeam decât o parte, a fost îngrozitor de frustrantă! Băiatul ăla era pe jos, eu eram la telefon cu 112 şi nu reuşeam să-i conving să spună doar atât: „am înţeles, ambulanţa e pe drum, confirm că a plecat, acum vă rog mai staţi cu mine un pic la telefon şi mai daţi-mi câteva detalii, să le transmit eu ulterior”. Asta era tot… Stăteam cu ei până mâine la palavre! Mi se părea atât de straniu că nu se mişcă mai repede că le spuneam mereu – ştiţi, nu e o glumă proastă, e lume aici, o să mai sune şi alţii, ca să vedeţi că e pe bune, credeţi-mă pe cuvânt şi trimiteţi vă rog ambulanţa!
Slavă Cerului că a fost un accident uşor, altfel cred că mă duceam să mă iau la bătaie cu cineva… Sentimentul că faci tot ce trebuie să faci ca să ajuţi un om în pericol şi ceva, undeva, nu merge, e îngrozitor, vă zic…

Ma ia cu frig cand ma gandesc cat de chioriu sunt soferii bucurestenti si cat de inconstienti, daca te mai gandesti si cat dureaza sa apara o ambulanta si politia in cazul in care patesti ceva…nu bte mai urci pe motor niciodata.
In fata noastra la semafor la baneasa un motociclist a fost trantit de o masina si intins pe carosabil. Politistul era acolo la datorie, dirijand romanasii care se intorceau de la munte. Ne-am dat jos, l-am ajutat pe om sa se ridice, din fericire avea doar niste julituri urate la palme pentru ca nu avea manusi, carena sparta la motor, curgea si o tona de ulei…Politistul s-a apropiat agale si m-a intrebat: „Ai apucat sa vezi numarul masinii?” Nu mi-a venit sa cred!! Nu, n-am apucat sa vad numarul idiotului, ma uitam la om sa fie ok…
Cat despre ambulanta…intr-o noapte in fata la El Comandante o fetita(nu pot sa-i spun femeie), insotita de un tip cu ochii cat farfuriile tremura ingrozitor, urla de durere, facea spume la gura etc. Era in sevraj si efectiv se tavalea pe jos. Nu va puteti imagina cat am stat la telefon cu salvarea sa le explic unde suntem, ce-a luat, cati ani are, daca are probleme cu inima, daca am consumat si eu(??!!), daca e gravida…
Dupa 40 de minute in care chiar am crezut ca moare, a aparut o masina de politie care hop sa ne ia declaratii ca au primit o sesizare(nu intelegeau saracii ca eu sesizasem ambulanta si ma priveau foarte circumspecti). I-au facut proces verbal, nefericitei care nu mai putea sa scoata nici un sunet, mie mi se parea lesinata. Si dupa mai mult de o ora a aparut „ambulanta”- veche, fara nimic in ea, nu tu targa, nu tu nimic.
Ca sa nu mai vorbesc de sutele de romani care raman indiferenti si nu suna la ambulanta …

Si pe mine m-a frustrat intr-o seara o discutie cu 112.
Eram in trafic, intr-un autoturism si o masina facea cerculete in fata mea. Am oprit iar la scurt timp am realizat ca soferul era inconstient, la volan.
Am intrat in panica si am sunat imediat la 112. Ce a urmat, seamana foarte bine cu discutia relatata de tine. Diferenta a fost ca eu am spus cum ma cheama.
In zona au aparut repede cativa barbati dubiosi care au inceput sa tipe la mine, sa nu sun la politie.
I-am spus operatoarei ca nu mai pot ramane la fata locului pentru ca simteam ca barbatii nu erau tocmai prietenosi.
Am oprit si o masina de politie comunitara si i-am rugat sa mearga in zona.
La ceva timp ma suna o femeie de la Ambulanta (eu nu am spus unde lucrez, dar era telefonul de serviciu, si se verifica imediat)Mi-a vorbit foarte urat, ca de ce am plecat de la fata locului, ca mai lucrez si in presa si asa mai departe.
Sincer, chiar m-am simtit prost. In fine dupa ce m-a apostrofat
mi-a inchis telefonul in nas.

Teatrala si complet subiectiva relatarea… de unde atata panica si „puncte-puncte” in glasul lui VP? Erai ruda cu motociclistu? Daca nu.. atunci invata sa dai o desciere corecta si competenta la 112, nu mai arunca pisica in curtea politiei complet aiurea.. Cand gresesc, ok – sa fie sanctionati. Dar cand primesc un apel de genu „accident! UNirii ! 69! sariti! haideti! va rog!! unirii! om cu motocicleta si cu masina! Oooo!! Aaaa!!” ..mie se pare normal sa te plimbe in 5 directii.
Si pe langa asta.. si-a pus cineva problema ca in general, in viata.. ti-o mai si cauti cu lumanarea? 70% din bikeri merg fie fara numere, fie cu numele vopsite ca sa nu-i ia radaru, merg pe o roata cu 140/h pe Bd. Unirii, croseteaza printre masini, samd.. Politia cand si daca ai opreste – tot ei sunt aia care fac scandal.
Anonimosule, la partea cu panica… sa spunem ca ai o parte de dreptate, cu toate ca in cazul asta nu mi se pare ca se aplica.
Dar la partea cu motociclistii… scuza-ma dar esti pe langa.
Poate te referi la cei pe care-i vezi tu… asta da. Dar vezi care-i problema, cei pe care-i vezi tu prin oras inseamna 5-10% din motociclisti.
Iar restul sunt platitori de taxe, au copii acasa, au un loc de munca unde trag din greu si mai ales respecta legea si nu vor nimic de la nimeni.
Nu mai generaliza caci nu cunosti fenomenul.

Pe bune, nu exista biker (indiferent de ce utilaj are sub el) care sa nu croseteze printre masini si sa nu epateze in trafic… Eu nu am vazut… Aia 90-95% pe unde se dau frate cu motoru… Acu, eu te inteleg, ca tu vorbesti in numele tau, si sunt pe deplin convins ca nu esti genu care sa faca din astea… Da crede-ma, ca pe mine, ca sofer in Bucuresti, bikeri sunt niste sinucigasi care o cauta cu lumanarea…
Nu spun prin asta ca bikerul in cauza ar fi dintr-o categorie sau alta.. ca n-am fost acolo…
De-acum incolo, cand aveti vreo urgenta, faceti asa:
– va spuneti CLAR numele, telefonul de la care sunati (asta inainte sa apuce sa va intrebe) si ce anume s-a intamplat.
– operatoarea va va face legatura cu toate serviciile de urgenta necesare, unde va trebui doar sa mai confirmati (dati detalii mai multe) despre ce s-a intamplat.
Atat de simplu.
Cam cum credeti ca poate o operatoare sa ghiceasca daca e un apel fals sau nu altfel decat vorbind cu apelantul? Banuiesc ca sunt o tona de idioti care par foarte seriosi si care trebuie sa fie ghiciti ca sunt inconstienti si dau alarme false. Cum ar fi sa trimita ambulanta la 50% din apelurile false ??? (33 milioane din 36 milioane de apeluri). Cam nasol nu?!
